On top on its European Design flair, The Schmidt design team has a long experience working in close collaboration with builders as well as various appliances brands, this is giving us a deep understanding of the building code as well as finding the best solutions for all peripherical features associated to your project such as appliances for kitchens and laundry, heating or ventilation for bathrooms as well as lighting for wardrobes or fireplace and TV location in living spaces for example.
On most occasions, customers who came to see us with designs “ready to go” for us to quote did fall short in technical details, which usually require a total remodel to make sure their designs comply with the building code and basic safety requirements for kitchen appliances, by working with us, you will get a tangible solution that will tick all the boxes and suit your needs.
Cost is subjective given the amount of work required and is mostly tailored to per project, but as a guideline, the first room is usually $3,500 and every room after that is an extra $1,500 excluding GST
This will give you access to a in depth consultation with one of our designers in our studio, also, if required, an onsite visit for check measure, multiple teams or Zoom meetings to end with a complete set of 3D views, drawings and plans for your manufacturer to execute.
Last but not least, if you are falling in love with the quality of our European made product and decide to order your joinery with us, we will be deducting the design cost from the cost of the joinery.
